Navigating Your Dashboard

A quick tour of the SnapGlyph dashboard — the sidebar, the Create button, and where each feature lives.

When you sign in to SnapGlyph, you land on your Dashboard, a summary of your account with quick counts of your QR codes, shortlinks, and team members, plus recent activity. Everything else is one click away from the sidebar on the left.

The Create Button

At the top of the sidebar, Create opens the QR code builder, where you choose a type, enter your content, style the code, and save it. It’s the fastest way to start something new from anywhere in the app.

The Sidebar

  • QR Codes: view and manage every QR code you’ve created, and reach the Templates page for reusable QR styles.
  • Shortlinks: create and manage shortened links and view their click activity.
  • Link Hubs: build link-in-bio pages that gather all your links in one place, and reach Link Hub Templates.
  • Parameters: define tracking parameter presets so campaign tracking stays consistent. (Visible to Owners and Admins on Pro and Max plans.)
  • Analytics: see scan and click performance across your account.
  • Developers: create and manage API keys for the SnapGlyph API.
  • Billing: view and change your plan, and manage payment details.
  • Company Settings: manage your organization, team members, custom domains, and permissions.

Your profile sits at the bottom of the sidebar, and a Help link is in the top-right corner of every page.

What You See Depends on Your Role and Plan

Some items appear only for certain roles or plans. Parameters and parts of Company Settings are available to Owners and Admins, and features like tracking parameter presets and enforcement require a Pro or Max plan. If you don’t see an item described here, check your role with your organization’s Owner or review your plan in Billing.
