Found under Company Settings → Organization. Renaming and deletion are limited to the Organization Owner.
The Organization tab in Company Settings holds your organization’s identity details and the controls for renaming or removing it. For member and role management, see Managing Team Members.
Organization Details
The Organization tab shows three details:
- Organization Name: the name shown across your account and to your team.
- Organization ID: a unique identifier for your organization. Copy it with the icon beside it when our support team or the API needs to reference your account.
- Created: the date your organization was created.
Renaming Your Organization
Click the pencil icon next to the Organization Name, enter the new name, and save. Renaming is limited to the Organization Owner.
Danger Zone
The Danger Zone holds irreversible actions that affect your entire organization. Delete Account permanently removes your account, your organization, and all associated data: every QR code, shortlink, Link Hub, template, and the scan history behind them. This cannot be undone, and only the Owner can do it.
Because deleting the Owner account also deletes the organization, treat this as removing the whole workspace, not just your login. If you only want to leave a team or remove a single person, manage that from the Team tab instead. For account-level details, see Deleting Your Account.
