Managing Your Link Hubs

View, edit, filter, deactivate, and delete your Link Hubs from the listing page and detail view.

Click Link Hubs in the sidebar to see all your hubs in one place.

Card view and list view

There are two view modes, toggled by the buttons in the top right:

  • The grid icon switches to card view, where each hub shows up as a card with its name, title, description, link count, view count, status, and date. A colored strip at the top of each card matches the hub’s background color.
  • The list icon switches to list view, a table with columns for Name, Links, Status, Created, and Views. Click any column header to sort by it. Click again to reverse the order.

Your view preference sticks between visits.

Filtering

The Filter button lets you narrow the list to All, Active, or Inactive hubs. A count next to each option shows how many hubs match.

The three-dot menu

Every hub has a ⋮ menu with these options:

  • View opens the published hub in a new tab
  • Edit opens the builder with your current settings loaded
  • Copy URL copies the public URL
  • Deactivate (or Activate, if it’s already off) toggles whether visitors can access the hub
  • Delete permanently removes the hub

Detail page

Click a hub’s name to open its detail page. At the top you’ll see the hub’s status (Active or Inactive) and buttons to Edit Hub or Delete it.

Below that, the page is split into cards: a QR Code card with the auto-generated QR code and an Edit QR Code button, an Analytics card showing total Views and Clicks, a Public URL card with copy and open buttons, and a Links card listing everything in the hub.

Editing

Click Edit Hub on the detail page or pick Edit from the three-dot menu. The builder opens with everything pre-filled. Make changes and hit the floating Save button at the bottom.

Deactivating and reactivating

If you want to take a hub offline temporarily without deleting it, choose Deactivate from the three-dot menu. The status changes to Inactive, and anyone visiting the URL sees a page that says: “This Link Hub has been deactivated by its owner.”

To bring it back, pick Activate from the same menu. It goes live immediately.

Deleting a hub

Choosing Delete from the three-dot menu or the detail page opens a confirmation dialog:

“This will permanently delete [hub name] and all view data. This action cannot be undone.”

Click Delete to confirm or Cancel to back out. This removes the hub and all of its analytics data permanently.
