Signing Up for an Account

Create your SnapGlyph account to save QR codes, access advanced features, and collaborate with your team.

Creating Your Account

Step 1: Go to Sign Up

Navigate to snapglyph.com/auth/signup or click Sign Up from the homepage.

Step 2: Enter Your Details

Fill in the registration form:

  • Name: Your display name (shown in your profile and to team members)
  • Email: Your email address (used for login and notifications)
  • Password: Create a strong password
  • Language: Select your preferred language from the dropdown
  • Organization Name (optional): If you’re setting up an account for a business or team

Password Requirements

Your password must meet these security requirements:

  • At least 10 characters long
  • Contains uppercase letters (A-Z)
  • Contains lowercase letters (a-z)
  • Contains at least one number (0-9)
  • Contains at least one special character (!@#$%^&*, etc.)

Step 3: Complete Verification

Complete the Cloudflare Turnstile verification to confirm you’re not a robot. This is a privacy-friendly verification that typically completes automatically.

Step 4: Verify Your Email

After submitting the form:

  1. Check your inbox for a verification email from SnapGlyph
  2. Click the verification link in the email
  3. You’ll be redirected to sign in with your new account

Note: The verification link expires after 24 hours. If it expires, you can request a new one from the sign-in page.

Signing Up via Team Invitation

If you received an invitation to join a team:

  1. Click the invitation link in your email
  2. Complete the sign-up process
  3. You’ll automatically join the team that invited you

Language Support

SnapGlyph supports 5 languages. Your language selection during sign-up determines the interface language for your account. You can change this anytime in your profile settings.

After Sign Up

Once your email is verified:

  • Access the full QR code builder with all data types
  • Save unlimited QR codes (within your plan limits)
  • View your dashboard with QR code statistics
  • Invite team members (on paid plans)

Troubleshooting

Didn’t receive the verification email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Click “Resend verification email” on the sign-in page
  • Add noreply@snapglyph.com to your contacts

Email already registered?

If you see this error, an account already exists with that email. Try:

  • Signing in instead
  • Using the “Forgot password” link if you don’t remember your password
